A Message from the Pastor's Desk
As the feeling of Spring is upon us and we hope that winter is drawing to a close we become invigorated with the hope of new life. During this Lenten season we come to a time of letting go of our past wrongs and turning ourselves over to rejuvination and repentance. In doing that we turn from all that has separated us from God's love and we are made new creations with hope for the future. Hold onto that hope and believe that in Christ's death were are cleansed of our sins, so that we might be changed. We need to understand that in changing we trun from all the wrongs we have done and try to live a new and better life following Jesus path for our lives. Take time this Lenten season to cleanse yourself from all that has separated you from God and be made new in God's eyes as you turn from your past and follow Christ's example of how to live your life. Live your life to the fullest so that you are following God's will not you own and so that you are living a life that honors God in all you do. Take the time to reflect upon how that life will and does change for the glory of God and be at peace. Have hope in your heart for your future as a believer and one who has been cleansed of all your past faults and sins. You are a child of God an should relish that time where God frees you from the life that has kept you from fully enjoying the beauty God has for you in this life and the life to come. My prayer for everyone is that they can find peace in this Lenten season as they walk with Chirst and come to easter with joy in their heart knowing that eternal life awaits them.
